3. Eligibility

4. Client Responsibilities
As our client, you agree to:

- Pay all agreed fees and charges on time
- Comply with the laws and regulations of the destination country
- Honor employment contracts and agreements
5. Service Fees and Payment
Fee Structure

- Post-placement support fees
Payment Terms
- Fees are due as specified in your service agreement
- Payment must be made before service delivery
- All fees are quoted in Kenya Shillings unless otherwise stated
- Payment methods include bank transfer, mobile money, and cash
6. Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the specific circumstances:
- Full Refund: If we fail to secure employment within agreed timeframe due to our fault
- Partial Refund: If services are partially delivered before cancellation
- No Refund: If cancellation is due to client's false information or failure to meet requirements
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days

Limitations
- We cannot guarantee job placement for all applicants
- Visa approval is subject to embassy/consulate decisions
- Employer decisions are beyond our control
- We are not responsible for changes in destination country policies

You may not use our services to:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Engage in fraudulent activities
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Harass or threaten our staff or other clients
- Use our services for illegal immigration purposes
- Share login credentials or account information
